Guaranteed Sales Program Sellers Express Real Estate, Inc. has a sales program which offers to list your property for a specified period of time, at a sales price that you establish, with a guarantee to purchase your home at the end of the period for 80% of the (*) appraised value. This program acts as a "guaranteed" minimum sale price and allows you to plan your transfer or relocation to another city, always knowing that you can count on a minimum "net equity" out of your home, if your home does not sell within the specified period of time. There are a number of requirements with this program, so be sure to check with your attorney. (*) The appraisal must be performed by a "licensed" appraiser affiliated with Seller Express Real Estate, Inc. |
