Thomas E. Shipley (Tom) has over 30 years experience in Real Estate related fields in the Southern Maryland Region. Tom was a Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate in the early 1970's, he was a Tax Assessor in the 1980's and has been a Licensed Real Estate Appraiser in Maryland since the early 1990's. Tom currently holds a dual License as both a Realtor and an Appraiser.

Tom is a graduate of DuVal High School, in Lanham, Maryland with a B. S. Degree from the University of Maryland.
